The MSWSL AGM will be
help Wednesday November 29, 2017
at 7pm in the Classroom at SNS
We will be discussing and voting on the
proposed expansion, please have a team
representative attend prepared to vote.
All information on the proposed expansion
can be found on the MSWSL website.
If the proposal is passed by the members
1. we will also have a vote to update the
bi-laws to bring them in line with the new
league structure. Proposed changes to the
Bi-laws will be sent out to members by
Wednesday November 22 for review prior to
the meeting.
2. We will have to fill the proposed
executive positions created by the agreed
upon structure. Positions to be filled could
include
a. AA representative
b. B representative
c. C representative
d. U21 Representative
as well as current positions
up for renewal
a. Registrar
b. vice president
c. President (not up this
year, current president has stepped down)
If you have a nomination for a position

nominations can also be made at the
meeting.
