Q:Can we also add an over-30 (non provincial ) divsion?
A: Although we support the formation of an over 30 division we think this will be an addition for year 2 of the expansion.
There has not been enough of a full commitment to form a full division to date. This may change once we have senior C teams.

Q: Would U21 be A or B?
A: A

Q: How would call-ups work with the U21 teams
A: According to SNS player movement policy U21 players can play up to any senior level except Senior C.
U21 teams can call up from any youth team A or B.

Q: If my team trys AA and finds its not the right fit do they have to apply to the league and start in the Ritchie the next year?
A: No. They will have the option of joining the Dewolfe division.

Q: Will SNS have a larger role in running the league
A: No. The leagie operations will remain under the control of the boeard formed by our league reps as it always has. SNS 's only involvement is the ask for the MSWSL to manage the offering of the leagues at these specific categories.

Q:What would happen to the two remaining Senior B divisions if some of the Jones teams chose not to transition to the Championship league and wanted to bump down into Dewolfe? Would some of the teams in Dewolfe be pushed into Ritchie to even things out?

A:  that would be very dependent on numbers and on just how imbalanced it ended up being. It would be avoided if possible.

Q . What is the expected interaction with the AAA teams?

A  There is not any expected interactions between AA and AAA teams.

Q Will there be Relegation and promotion to the AA division?

Q. What happens if all Jones choose to stay back in B.

A. They will stay jones.

Q. If a team tries AA and wants to come back to B can they?

A . Yes, we will figure this out.

Q. How with this affect existing Jones teams with multiple teams in the same club/region as far as player availability?

A.  that will be something that will have to be worked out in clubs/regions

Q. What will the rules be for callups? Will AA be able to call from AAA youth teams? Will AAA Premiere players be able to play down?

A. This will Governed by SNS call up policies AA will need to be included in this policy at next competetions committee meeting.

Q. Will the AA division become a provincial league and allow teams from outside HRM?

A. There are no plans for this. Plan is to keep it regional.

Q. Will there be any education for clubs to help support existing teams so existing teams do not get pushed out.

A . This will be looked at.
